Take a Sip!

Honestly, everyday, I drink about half a cup of water – which is quite bad. For my age, I am supposed to be drinking 1 1/2 litres of water; nowhere near what I am drinking at the moment. However, I found a solution….. flavoured water. I’m not going to lie, I do find water kind of boring. If this is you, why don’t you jazz it up a bit by adding a bit of flavour – whatever flavour suits you, or what you like. So today, I am going to be showing you how to make your own flavoured water and also show you a couple of flavours I have been LOVING at the moment!! I hope you enjoy this post, but without further ado, let’s get started!! xx

Let’s start off by me showing you an easy way to make homemade flavoured water –>

How to Make Flavored Water at Home:

Supplies needed:

1-quart jars
Water
Wooden spoon
sweetener (optional)

Instructions:

1. First of all, decide what flavour/combination you are going to be using.

2. Then, place your fruit/herbs at the bottom of your jar and mix it about for a little until you think that the fruits has released it’s juice.

3. Once you’ve done that, you can start to pour in your water (after you’ve done this, if you have a sweet-tooth like me, you can add 1 or 2 sweetners and mix until they have dissolved)

4. Enjoy!! I always put my drink in the fridge so that it is a cold and icy fro when I drink it!

A Few of my Fave Flavours:

Lemon and raspberry – this combination tastes amazing and as you would know, my all time favourite fruit is lemon so I really enjoy the sourness and sweetness mixed together!

Watermelon and mint – this is a new one that I have just had about 2 or 3 times but I am loving it already as it is just so refreshing!

Cucumber – this is so nice with some ice in it!!

Pineapple and strawberry – this is my second favourite combination, the two flavours work so well together!!

So that was it, how to make flavoured water, I hope you enjoyed and please hit that like button if you did!!
